Everyone can come to charge their batteries, wake up your body or prepare body and mind for work, festival modus or even to the future life.
Lab includes a warm-up, getting to know your body in th present; both physically and mentally. Laying, standing, using our focus; we will try to be in our body, listen to the body, feel the body.
No experience necessary, the admission is free of charge.
The Lab is led by Nikolay Shchetnev (Dancer, choreographer at Samovar theatre).
